Brandon Perdeck Biography:

Brandon Perdeck is Vice President with Aries Capital on the National Originations & Business Development Team. He is responsible for originating, underwriting and packaging client transactions for lender review, as well as evaluating new investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Aries Capital in 2016, Brandon was employed as a financial analyst with Hart Advisory Group, a Miami, Florida-based real estate advisory firm. Previous to that position, he served as a financial analyst with Vaupen Financial Advisors, a boutique investment banking firm, also based in Miami.

Brandon is the founder of B-Line Media, LLC, a successful online affiliate marketing network.

A graduate of the University of Florida, Brandon received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and his Master of Science degree in Real Estate from its Hough Graduate School of Business. He remains active in the university’s Kelley A. Bergstrom Real Estate Center and is a member of Chicago’s Real Estate Investment Association  (REIA) and ICSC.
